04c32e7938 refactor: shared emoji hook, nav bar, UX improvements 
- Extract duplicated emoji logic into useEmoji hook
- Fix map memoization anti-pattern (proper React.memo component)
- Add NavBar with links to all pages
- Add success/error feedback on nomination submit
- Show addresses on homepage award cards
- Add confirmation dialog before rejecting nominations
- Remove backend-only deps from frontend package.json
- Change "Nominate a Neighbor" to "Nominate a Place"

2d04e2081b fix: geocoding validation and emoji race condition 
- Add addressdetails=1 to Nominatim query so address fields are populated
- Change emoji endpoint to server-side increment instead of client count
- Remove client-provided count from emoji PATCH validation

2dc267c969 fix: production API URL, k8s single replica, health probes 
- Change API_URL default from localhost:4000 to empty string (relative URLs)
- Set VITE_API_URL="" explicitly in Dockerfile frontend build stage
- Reduce k8s replicas to 1 (SQLite + ReadWriteOnce PVC)
- Add liveness and readiness probes targeting /health endpoint
